Lip filler in Surrey
Natural results, no pressure.
Lip filler at Empire Beauty starts with proportion. We work in small increments (typically 0.5ml or 1.1ml) using hyaluronic acid filler that contains lidocaine for comfort. The aim is a calmer, slightly fuller version of your own lips, never a redesign. Most first-time clients are nervous about looking obvious. We deliberately under-treat at the first appointment, so adding more after two weeks is always an option. The product is dissolvable if you genuinely change your mind.

Lip filler · common questions
Will my lips look obvious?
Not unless you ask for it. Most first-time appointments use 0.5ml across the whole lip, which adds gentle definition rather than visible volume. The settled result after two weeks is the truer picture. Day one always looks more than the final, because of swelling.
Does lip filler hurt?
We use topical numbing cream before, and the filler itself contains lidocaine. Most of the appointment feels like firm pressure rather than sharp pain. The injection itself is the quickest part.
How long does lip filler last?
Most people see 6 to 9 months from a 0.5ml session. Metabolism, sun exposure and lifestyle all affect duration. A small top-up at 6 months tends to maintain the result with less product over time.
Can lip filler be reversed?
Yes. The hyaluronic acid filler we use can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if you genuinely don't want it. Dissolving is uncomfortable for a few minutes but takes less than 24 hours to take full effect.
When can I exercise or go on holiday after lip filler?
Light exercise from day three is fine. Avoid serious sweating, sauna, sunbeds and flights for 48 hours. Holidays are best booked at least a week after treatment so any minor bruising has resolved.
Will anyone be able to tell I've had lip filler?
Done well, no. We deliberately under-treat at the first appointment, so the change is subtle. The 'lip filler look' that people fear comes from overdoing volume or treating the wrong area, neither of which happens here.
